Stop working after the January update. My unlock s25 ultra. Network locked on me. Factory reset can't fix it. Imei is clean, not black listed. How long will have to wait for a update to fix the problem.

Can you be a little more explicit in what is happening? What, exactly, do you expect to be fixed?  Are you able to get into your phone, but your calling does not work?  Did you switch carriers?  Is your phone a carrier phone that you had unlocked, or was it purchased as a factory unlocked device?  If it's carrier branded, and you changed providers, the phone was likely not unlocked or not completely unlocked.  This would prevent you from moving to another carrier.  If your carrier unlocked it while you were still on their network, but you received the phone as part of a promotional deal and you moved to another carrier after it was unlocked, but before the term of the promotion was up, they will relock the phone until you pay the balance of the phone.  For example, if you got a free phone with 24 monthly bill credits, you must stay with the carrier for 24 months, after which you are free to switch to another carrier.  At least one  will unlock your phone after 90 days, though.  But you will have to pay the remaining balance of the phone if you switch.

Phone is paid for and fully unlocked to any carrier. It seems to be a common issue. Since the new january update. I was told to roll it back the update. Oh, wait for samsung.I took him up with a new update. The only two options.🔥🔥🔥 i pay four price for all my phones to be factory unlocked out the box. No payment plans.

The verizon s25 ultra were the only ones not affected by this update bug. T-Mobile spectrum and sprint we're all affected.
