(Backup Calling is a feature that allows you to use data on one SIM to send and receive calls on the line associated with another SIM. If you have never heard of it, or you don't believe it exists, go do a search and you will find videos showing how to turn it on.)
In the videos I have seen, the Backup Calling feature shows up in the SIM Manager as a single toggle labelled "Data switching and backup calling". On my wife's S25U (unlocked, purchased from Samsung USA), we only see "Data switching". Is this a restriction on all Samsung USA phones, or is it something that the carrier has disabled?

To clarify, I have seen videos of Samsung Galaxy S series phones with this feature, so it is definitely possible. The only question is why it doesn't show up on a phone sold in the USA.
