Hello,

I have just purchased my S25U, and I've seen many commenting on their shipments being stolen. There literally tons of videos talking about this, and I've een some recent cases on the forum. 

I am afraid on sending my S23U, and find out it's been stolen or that Samsung received an empty box😭😭😭 please help. What would you recommend to do to avoid this? I am literally coinless because I paid my S25U and got a new watch... so I could not pay the trade in value back... I'm very worried.

Make sure you take pictures of the phone and box etc and get a receipt

I always take pictures even before I ever found out about the stealing cases. But I've read and saw some comments stating that regardless of the proof, it's not being handled right.

Yeah I'll contact customer service and see if they can send me a UPS instead. I mean, I could pay it out of pocket just so it can make it safely; however, I am not sure if that is possible:( but thank you🙏

I'm 23 miles from Coppell, TX and it got stuck somewhere for my last trade in and I had to have them escalate it to find it and then it went fine at Samsung. I'm having to do the same thing again as of yesterday. It was supposed to arrive on 3rd and now it's in limbo and the trace usually takes 2-3 days. I'd love to know where they are finding them after trace. Since I'm so close, it's got to be a local issue . Mine is in Fort Worth TX per Fedex tracking.
