Hello, I recently made the switch and the day of the switch (bought unlocked direct from samsung) and my email, bank account and other personal accounts have been hacked and I have to get all new cards and lifelock. 20 years using an iPhone and day 1 **hacked. What's up with this? Any advice? Will support even do anything because Microsoft will just hang up on you haha. Thanks!
Your getting hacked has absolutely nothing to do with switching from Apple to Samsung. This compromise came at your account level. Someone gained access to your account information. Perhaps you did not completely wipe your previous device prior to getting rid of it? Samsung support won't do anything, because this is not a Samsung issue. Most hackers do not immediately move to create havoc, as they wait until long after you forgot about any incident that may have compromised you - such as data breaches at financial institutions.
