Can anyone help me get rid of this problem which I think is malware. I've done everything I've read to do to get rid of it but the popups keep coming up.

@Gmama75 First wipe the browser cache and cookies.

If that doesn't stop it, you will need to find the offending 3rd party app and uninstall it from your phone. It could be some simple app which gives you some nominal benefit bur really just harbors malware.

☆ Use Samsung’s Nice Catch app

Some apps are malicious and can have undesirable effects on your device when installed, knowingly or unknowingly. If you’re experiencing unexpected or unexplained ads, pop-ups, wake-ups, etc., Samsung’s Nice Catch app can help identify the offending app so that you can delete it.

Turn on the various categories in Nice Catch.

When the undesirable behavior happens again, check Nice Catch to see which app triggered it.

Additionally, if you are using Samsung Internet, you can use the built in pop up blocker and/or ad blocker plug-ins available within the browser.

For a device-wide solution (a bit more involved) you can potentially reduce the amount of ads you see by setting up an ad-blocking DNS.

Go to Settings > Connections > More Connection Settings > Private DNS > Set to dns.adguard.com

This will attempt to block ads device-wide.

Even with these measures, you still need to remove whatever apps are causing these kinds of intrusive ads.

Hope this helps!
