Horrible apps and services

I have had 2 apps that should not even be on my phone. That keeps saying uninstalling, and they are not compatible with my device. Reaching out to Samsung was a waste of my time. These two apps are actually hacking apps.No wonder they didn't want to help

Hello scammers001, welcome to the Samsung Community. I understand your frustrations with your device not being able to uninstall certain app(s). If they are third party apps have you tried reaching out to their support? Please let me know the name(s) of the specific app(s) that you are wanting to uninstall so that I may better assist you.

If you run the built in antivirus software it should force the uninstall. If you can go into settings> go to apps > find the app you're looking for and click on it> remove all permissions > clear app data > force stop > uninstall.
