Apps that shouldn't be on my phone

I have had 2 apps that should not even be on my phone. That keeps saying uninstalling, and they are not compatible with my device. Reaching out to Samsung was a waste of my time. These two apps are actually hacking apps.No wonder they didn't want to help

Did you even try to Google what those SYSTEM apps were for.

Do a wipe cache partition, if you don't know how. Search for the instructions in the Members app!

You cannot get rid of Knox, nor should you want to. FULLSTOP!
