Govee light bulb pop ups won't stop!

I bought govee light bulbs to put into my room. I set it up. At first, this popped up so I did try connecting it to smartthings but then it popped up saying I'd need a hub? I don't have one so I went into govee and set it up and it's fine. But every single time I turn the lights on, this pops up, 4 times because I have 4 light bulbs, and its getting to be VERY annoying. Clicking on don't add doesn't help, it'll just pop back up again when I turn it back on. It's driving me NUTS please help!

You need to contact the maker of the bulb and its software. If it says you need a hub to use the bulbs with Smart Things, then you will have to obtain the hub.  No big deal, it's usually a small dongle you add to an outlet and configure to your router as a go-between between your router and the smart things app.  It is probably sold where the bulbs are sold.

Then don't. You're the one who bought the bulbs. If they don't work with Smart things, they must have their own app. You could always give up the bulbs and look for a more practical brand and research what using them involves before you buy.

It does have its own app, its govee. And its all set up in govee app and im totally fine with that. Idc about smartthings. I care that its still popping up after I've already set it up somewhere else.

Try going into the smart things settings and turn off add your devices automatically. That may keep the pop up from opening.
