Get rid of white wide border from live videos

I can't see the comment hide option from live video due to white & Grey wide border at the bottom. Therefore live video comments are coming back n forth

I am not doing live video. I am watching others video & bottom comment section is covered by extra wide border. Which hide another row such as hide comment down arrow & 3 others options.
I need to get rid of this extra border to see everything clearly
