Galaxy 25 Ultra program closes after locking screen

I would like my programs to stay running after I lock and unlock my screen. For example, I'm reading a website in Chrome. I step away or I physically lock my screen and when I go to unlock it, I'm back on the home screen. I would like whatever program I'm working on to still be present after unlocking the phone. How can I do this?

@100Frustrated I'm not seeing that on my S25 Ultra. This might be caused by a 3rd party app.

As a troubleshooting step, you can boot into safe mode. If the devices operates properly while booted in safe mode, then you know it is caused by a 3rd party app. To boot in safe mode, https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/

Me either, it stays exactly on whatever I was doing!

Thank you! You are correct. Everything worked properly in Safe Mode. Now I just have to figure out what app is doing it. I have a boat load of apps.
