Folder and icon labels

Does anyone know how to change the color of the icon and folder labels, they're so dark I can't read them?

At Home screen settings. Long press on a blank spot in display , click on gear wheel.....

@Ellin My labels are white.

Do you have a theme installed? If so, try changing back to the default theme to see if you can read them better.

Thanks, I figured it out, it had to do with the dark mode settings
