Galaxy S25After looking around I believe that would be a At&t or Verizon model
-
Model Number Breakdown:The "SM-G990" identifies the S21 FE, the "U" signifies a US carrier model (like for AT&T/Verizon), and the "2" often denotes a specific sub-variant, like the 128GB/6GB RAM configuration for Verizon.

Galaxy S25@Samson1 I'm pretty sure that your screenshot only means that those are the networks detected by your phone. If you join one which doesn't match our SIM, you could get a prompt to approve roaming or it could tell you that it can't connect.
The information provided by @GaryB82 will tell you if you have a factory unlocked phone from Samsung. If the model name ends in "U" it is a carrier device and started life locked to that carrier. If you, or someone else, completed the financial agreement with that carrier, the device could be carrier unlocked.
