Heroes anyone have a fix for this? App downloads but will not install.

I don't know if they intended this or not but I was able to reinstall Messenger by opening the Facebook app then clicking on the Messenger icon on the top-right corner then proceeding to download from there.

Try clearing the cache in the Google Playstore.

To clear the cache, go to settings, apps, Google Playstore, storage, clear cache.

Go into your Play Store app, tap your avatar on the top right, hit settings towards the bottom, go to the "about" section, then see if you have a Play Store update available. If you do, installing the update may help things.
