For those who use app cache cleaners do they actually help?

If not is there a easier way to do it other than manually one by one?

Oh! Yes I've done this a few times.

Device Care optimization is not the same as wiping system cache in recovery.

Here's what you said:

"Outside of using the recovery screen to clear the partition cache, using the Device Care app will do the same thing."

That is inaccurate.

"...using the Device Care app will do the same thing."

It's ok if you can't see it.

I'm not going to argue semantics when I made it clear regarding apps the OP asked about cleaning and what I stated "outside of..." WCP system level function.

No it doesn't, Optimizer clears RAM only not app cache. Wiping cache partition does not clear out app cache either. In the following screenshots, the first is before any actions taken. The 2nd is after a wipe cache partition. The 3rd is after Device Care Optimized. 4th is after Wiping cache in the app info storage section. The only way to clear app cache is individually.1765907085638.jpg1765907085657.jpg1765907085674.jpg1765907085691.jpg

Open an app, like a browser, go to any site. Now open device care, is the optimize now option available?

Of course it's there, you used RAM.
