I know the is another post with a similar title but those steps did not resolve my issue.
I also followed other steps I found online:
Allow all permissions, clean partition cache, etc. Nothing worked
I also don't have Samsung account app in the app list under settings.
What worked for me after all of this, is going to the Samsung app store, looking for Samsung account and clicking update. Restarting the phone.
Looks like it's working now. Fingers crossed.
