If not is there a easier way to do it other than manually one by one?

There's some apps out there that automatically does it. It goes in the app info and then into storage finally clear cache.

With the phone off press at same time the power button and power up button few seconds the phone will turn on to menu screen use the volume down button to highlight the cache option press the power button takes second or two than choose restart
