Galaxy S25I originally pre ordered the S 25 ultra on January 30 and for it to be here by January 8. I called them because the order was stuck on order processing for a whole week and the representative told me that my bank didnāt let go of the funds so it didnāt go into shipping, but I called my bank and they did let go of the funds so I called back Samsung and had them cancel that order and the representative placed a new order for a new Samsung S 25 ultra and gave me the pro buds 3 for free. I only paid the shipping which was four dollars. Itās on my receipt but when I ordered this new phone through the representative on February 9, it said the shipping would be here by February 12 which is tomorrow and I got an email saying it was delayed so I called Samsung today and they said they donāt have a certain date when the phone will be shipped out but I have a estimated date for my pro buds 3 to be shipped so right now Iām just stuck with the status of delayed shipping for my S 25 ultra sorry if the spelling must be a little off Iām using dictation
