Contacts What's Backed Up?

For samsung cloud, says it can backup contacts on your device what does that mean? It can't backup synced accounts l, does that mean samsung and Google contacts?

It means contacts that are saved to the physical device itself, not to a synced account (like Google). Go to your Contacts app, tap the 3 dots, select "view by storage location." It will be any contacts saved to "phone."
