Connect Samsung S25+ to computer

My computer, newer one, unable to connect with my Samsung S25+. The phone and computer see each other. My computer name displays on my phone, but my computer shows "other device". Once pair is attempted phone shows unable to connect.

Phone is now connected to my computer via phone link. Thank you, still will not connect via Bluetooth.
