Galaxy S25The phone connect OK. I can see it in the Windows Control Panel. But when I use the Browse Files function in Control Panel, it says there are no files, "Folder is Empty". In the past, I borrowed a cable from a friend and it worked OK. But he no longer has that cable. From memory, I think that is has a C-USB on one end; the other end is an odd shape (not C).
Thanks for your help,
SweetTasha1

Galaxy S25Does it not show up in the File Explorer? Open File Explorer and double-click on the phone icon to open its file system.
If the icon doesn't show up, make sure the USB mode is set to be able to transfer files too and not just charge only.

Galaxy S25Thanks to all who responded to my question "Computer doesn't find contents of the phone." I've tried all your suggestions and the phone still doesn't connect. I believe the only option is to try to find and purchase the correct cable. I will report back with the result of my cable search.

Galaxy S25Connect your phone to your computer with the cable
On your phone change the usb option to file transfer
Open windows explorer
Click on your phone icon on the left
Click internal storage
You may need to toggle off Auto Blocker on your phone for the first time but not required.
Phone settings
Security and Privacy
Auto Blocker Toggle off

Galaxy S25I don't see a "USB Option". I looked in Settings. I also notice that the question is marked as "solved". I didn't do that.
