I can no longer get into my secure folder on my S25U. I also still have my S23U, which I have no problems accessing the same folder. I've even changed the code on my S23U's secure folder, thinking my S25U would maybe respond to the new code as well, but it doesn't respond to the new code on the S23U or the original code for both phones. Can someone pls help me.
Thanks. I tried this and it didn't help. But it also tells me what I likely didn't do because I never got the "Restore with Sammy Acct." prompt. Appreciate your assistance.
