I personally don't have any issues with battery drain. You should thoroughly check your phone settings to ensure that not everything is syncing in the background. This phone has many settings that will run, so be sure to check and see what you prefer having on. I also recommend using the modes and routines to maximize extend battery life.
I noticed on my S24 plus, the stock email app was draining the battery. I deleted the app and switched my email app to Outlook and my battery has improved.
