Are there apps/connections that require Bluetooth to be on and perhaps they control it?

Ok try this, go to settings/connections then click on Bluetooth. Click the 3 vertical dots on the top right, choice advanced settings, Bluetooth control history and then see if there is something related to your car or program that works with it. If you see that, remove/uninstall it.
