 I am using my mother's account to request help, my account was banned and I have no explanation since I have never misused the account.

You would have to direct message a moderator.

Contact a moderator
- Tap the 3 lines (left side) of the community page
- Tap on the "moderator posts"
- select a moderator post
- then tap on their profile
- direct message them
