Backup the data stored on my phone

I want to keep a backup of all the data on my phone in case it is lost.

I accidentally destroyed the backup data and I need to start over from scratch.

When I left-click the icon it shows:
My profile, My setrtings,I Notifications, Messages, My subscriptions, sign out. I don't know which of those will show my posts. I try My subscriptions and it brings me back to this post.

You would click on "my profile", that will bring up all your posts and comments.
