I need help to backup my phone

   This is a continuation of a previously asked question, "Unable to view the data stored on my phone" I think is the subject. My last activity said I need to download USB  driver, which I did. I need to contact someone who can help me continue to resolve the primary issue, which is to once again be able to view the S25 Contacts, etc. on my computer.
   I'm (obviously) have a lot of difficulty learning how to navigate this board. I appreciate the patience of those who have helped me thus far.

Download Link to Windows on your smartphone. It should already be installed on your computer but it is called Phone Link. With Phone Link on your computer your need to link it with your smartphone. Once you have it connected on Phone Link on your computer go to the top and click on apps. All the apps on your smartphone will appear. You can use your computer to type on those apps too. I hope this is what you were looking for.

What this will do it put your phone screen on your computer with the apps showing.

Of course you will use Smart Switch to backup your smartphone from your computer. Hope it works out. Let me know.

I'm having trouble getting the Link-to-Windows app, but I'm optimistic that I will get it eventually and that it will lead to a solution.

If you want to view just the contacts, backup the contacts into your google account (it should already be backed up). Login to https://contacts.google.com/ and the contacts list will be right there.

I've tried everything that has been suggested (Not just yours, Tom). I still don't know how to back up the phone.
