Problem with Wifi Calling and Backup calling

Does anyone have a problem with Wifi calling and Data switching/Backup calling

Mine have to restart phone everytime the phone had connected to Wifi ... it doesn't auto activate Wifi calling after I came back to hotel during traveling to japan. But after Wifi calling status was activated everything work just fine.

Also It is unable to call via data switching / backup calling function at all.

My primary SIM is my country eSIM (Thailand) which the operator confirmed that if Wifi calling is activated .. there would be no problem with backup calling too.

My Second sim is eSIM from Trip.com (Company is CMLink and roaming to KDDI)

I got my hopes up thinking backup calling was added to US phones in an update! Unfortunately, I don't believe Samsung models for the US market have the backup calling facility. I wish it did since it could be very useful for those traveling internationally who have a local SIM they can use.
