Apps not fully closing on Galaxy S25 Ultra

Apps not fully closing on Galaxy S25 Ultra. Whenever they are reopened they open from the same screen I last closed it on. It's happening to Samsung apps and other random apps. There is no way to record this as it's random. All started after the last major update not the Security updates.

Force stop and clear cache for the affected apps. Also wipe device cache, if you haven't already done so.

I'll give a cache wipe a try. Can't stop the apps as it's random and it could be a app not opened in days also.
