App icons quite large

Does any osy else find the app icons on home to be quite large? I've even used Home Up to bring icon size to smallest setting. They need to give the option to make smaller. Also I have increased the grid size. I really don't want to use a different launcher or icon pack.

Not large on mine normal size i think you will need to find setting to adjust the size

You can use the DIY Home function that home up enables to manually shrink them further. You'll see the option for DIY Home in the top right of the home screen editing screen.

Long press home screen then hit settings. In there you can change the grid and icon size etc. The bigger the grid (5 x 6) the smaller the icon

I agree with you that icons are too large in One UI, even if you scale them down with Home Up. The only way to get an icon size that I like is to use a 3rd-party launcher, like Nova. Unfortunately, you lose a few nice animations. Maybe Samsung will allow further downscaling of icons in the future, but I doubt it.

I am going to show my largest to smallest sizes to my preferred size from left to right. Is the smallest still too large?

I combined the use of Theme Park to round the icons as well maxed out the grid size in Home Up which did help normalize the icons. Had to change my home layout but that's okay.
