Always On Display no longer customizable on S25 Ultra?

Did Samsung remove all of the customize options for the always on display?? I can no longer find any way to change colors, add pictures, change the clock styles, etc. Also, app notifications are now showing up in the left hand corner instead of under the clock in the middle of the screen like before?? And before you ask - yes my software is updated to the latest firmware as of this post.

The AOD brightness and the phone brightness are not exclusive of each other. The brightness setting applies to both

Turn off Adaptive brightness and manually adjust the brightness on the screen. Go to settings/Display and toggle off the AB. Now how that works between phone usage and when the AOD is on may be different for some. If one wants the AOD brighter, they will have to settle for an overall brighter screen setting while the device is in use and for some, that may be too bright.

Having said that, it would be nice to have separate brightness settings between the two. For now, the only thing I can suggest is using a color scheme that is somewhat intense to help display more easily through the dimness.

This response, like most of your others Tom, do not work and are worthless. Changing screen brightness does not change the AOD brightness.

Is there anyway to increase the aod brightness level for the s25 Ultra? I can barely see the animation on my phone!!!

I upgraded my S23 Ultra to the S25 Ultra and am trying to dial in everything the way I like it. But unfortunately since Lockstar isn't available I can't change my AOD yet. Does anyone know if Samsung is going to bring it back with the new One UI7 operating system?

LockStar will be updated eventually I'm pretty sure that is the last one we're waiting for to be updated

I really hope so. Because the AOD is really frustrating me with the new stupid ugly battery icon! I love using the AOD but had to change it to tap to show because of it. I emailed support a week ago and I'm still waiting for a response 😔
