I've notice for the past two weeks that my alarms are not playing their assigned ringtones.. I get a message that says that it is an 'unsupported audio file.'
I shut my phone down and restarted It a couple of times.. And still no sounds.
Ohhh.. And I've had these alarms set for the past 10 years without a problem until now.
You might check to see if another setting is overriding your ringtones. I just reclaimed use of my ringtones after 5 years of the ringtones automatically switching to 'SILENT'. It turned out MODES AND ROUTINES I set to remind me of battery charges were overriding my ringtones the entire time.
