Add cutout settings to Wallpaper so notifications are easier to see

They should add one UI to the camera cutout settings for wallpapers that make it challenging to see my Wi-Fi signal bars

I meant to say add the home screen to hide the cutout with the black bar to help with wallpapers so I don't end up with this

@ShiroeZaki In other words, your wallpaper's colors are making it hard to see the Wifi icon and other icons across the top of the screen. 

You could use a photo editor program to change the color of the graphics in that part of your screen background.
