Yes, not recommended,
Difficult to attach the phone with the magnet case, sometimes is attached but not charging, you have to remove it and try again and again... It didn't change my earbuds the first night and the light was on ... The only thing that really works is the watch charger ..

How does it disperse power when all 3 ports are in use?

It made by a company called WITS. it's a company that Samsung use to own. I would wait for the reviews on Best Buy

It comes with the possibility of adding 2 charging cables that connect to the charging block, and the 3rd is wireless charging for 3 devices.
So it's just a standard wireless charger with Marketing added.
