How do I turn voice recording off. It randomly starts recording during calls.

Please ensure that you have Accidental Touch Protection on. And Touch Sensitivity off.

Phone recording is not AI, so what are you ranting about? No one has tied you to a chair and is forcing you to use Android/Samsung devices.  Go. Switch. Have a worry free life.
