I don't press the  record button it randomly starts recording. My phone is on speaker and sitting on the table when I'm talking, I am not touching it.

I don't press any button my phone is being recorded on money calls and I can't figure out how to stop the recording. Anyone know?

Where is record a call when making a call. The icon just suddenly appeared tonight on a call I made. I didn't recall pressing a button that said record call.

As has been said a few times before in this post, your only other option is to switch from the Samsung dialer to Phone by Google, available in the Play store.  You are not required to use the Samsung dialer.  I understand that Phone by Google also has better spam blocking.
