I set Polish as the system language on my phone (Samsung Ultra S24), but unfortunately, it doesn't provide translations throughout the entire system. 95% of system settings is still in English. I wrote on chat with live agent and s/he wanted me to share my feedback here so here I am.

It looks like you purchased your S24 Ultra from one of the following markets:
• South Korea
• USA
• Canada
• China mainland
• Japan

Can you try changing to Polish from a Wi-Fi only tablet (i.e., Tab S8-S10 Ultra) that is not from the mainland China market?

All screenshots were taken from a US (XAR) Tab S9 Ultra (Wi-Fi-only variant). The correct result is in the 4th screenshot.Screenshot_20250122_002545_Settings_1000212137_1737534345.pngScreenshot_20250122_002556_Settings_1000212138_1737534357.pngScreenshot_20250122_002601_Settings_1000212139_1737534361.pngScreenshot_20250122_002613_Settings_1000212140_1737534374.png

Hi! Yes, I bought it in US and I am surprised that even though this phone is sold in Poland, there is a problem with changing the language. Unfortunately, I don't have any tablet from Samsung

What does your model end in (SM-S928X)?
• N: South Korea
• U/U1: USA
• W: Canada
• 0: CN/TW/HK (TW/HK have Polish, CN does not)
• Q: Japan
• B: Rest of World (ROW)

Ah, I see. The U1 model is the culprit. Phones and cellular variants of tablets and watches sold in Europe (including Poland) typically end in B (i.e., SM-S928B) and support more languages. On the other hand, for Wi-Fi-only variants of tablets and watches, the language support is nearly the same in most countries/regions except for mainland China.

Full functionality may not work if your device and SIM card are from different markets. Here are some examples of limited support.
• You may be unable to receive software updates or participate in software beta programs if there is a mismatch between your phone's current CSC code and SIM card.
• Some bands may not work correctly, causing the device to fall back to 4G or even 3G support.
• Foreign cards in Samsung Wallet may not work as expected.
• Warranty service may be impacted as it may be limited to the original market of purchase.

Take a look at the screenshots to compare the differences in languages supported on phones and tablets for the US market. I changed the language in the 2nd screenshot to Polish based on your preferred language.
(Silesian is also supported. This language first debuted in 2015 in Europe with the Galaxy S6 series, but it did not make its way to other markets until the Galaxy Tab S3.)Screenshot_20241024_002706_Samsung setup wizard_1000209581_1729875830.pngScreenshot_20250122_121129_Samsung setup wizard_1000212146_1737576691.png

mhm, I use both: Polish SIM card and US e-SIM (I wanted to use both as a sim card, but US version doesn't have a dual sim tray 🫠). So is it working as designed? there should be no support for Polish language in US phone version? It sounds like a bug :c

Here is what I found when testing the devices.

SIM CARDS
Based on the SIM cards you use, foreign SIM cards have limited support (the physical SIM card from Poland).

LANGUAGE SUPPORT
On phones and cellular tablets and phones sold in South Korea, North America, mainland China, and Japan, Polish (Polski) is not supported (1st screenshot). Some Galaxy AI features may be unavailable in that language, especially Call Assist, which is only available on cellular variants.

Once again, for cellular variants, the market of purchase is what matters, not the SIM cards that you have. For Wi-Fi only variants, the language support is the same (2nd screenshot in my previous reply) except for mainland China.

While cellular devices sold in North America will continue to get new Galaxy AI features, newer languages are for international markets only going forward. Please look at the two screenshots in my previous reply.

Hope this helps.

Have you rebooted (restart) your phone to see if that may help.
