Why this is my last Samsung phone

I’ve been a loyal Samsung user for years, but this might be the last one I buy. It’s beyond frustrating when older devices get the latest One UI update before newer, more capable models. If I’m paying a premium for a flagship device, (Samsung 24 ultra) I expect timely updates, not to be left waiting while older phones somehow get priority.

This whole rollout has been horribly handled, and frankly, I won’t be doing this again. If Samsung can’t figure out how to treat their best customers right, I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Which older Samsung device has gotten UI7 before your S24 Ultra? From what I'm seeing it's not ready to be released for any other than the S25.

I know these are "new" phones but they are NOT flagship phones, there should be a sense of priority when it comes to premium phones getting updates

Those new phones are built around Ui7. You just don't understand how massive of an upgrade Oni Ui7 is. Ui7 is a generational leap in software, integrating Bixby and Gemini for mutimodal actions. Samsung and Google have been working on this update together for a few years now. What is holding up this update for 10's of millions of devices, not just Samsung getting it right, but Google being able to handle it too.

If you feel the need to go somewhere else because it is not fast enough for you, that is your prerogative. I would prefer it to work as intended and not be a buggy mess.

So, you don't think new phones *built* around the new OS/UI should get the new operating system before older flagship phones?  What world do you live in?  These are NEW phones, not updated older models.  You'd have a reason to complain if they were updating the A15 prior to the S24, but even if they were, the A15 is still a newer phone than the S24.  As it is, the Ax6 line is the budget line getting the new OS/US because THEY WERE BUILT FOR IT, as will each new model hereafter.  Any new phone will be built for whatever new system is out at the time of its introduction, simply because they were built for it.

I am certain you would be the first to complain about things going wrong with an update that doesn't quite "fit" on your device because Samsung didn't take the time to make sure it was ready.  As a matter of fact, you will be the first to complain if something goes wrong at all because "supposedly the delay was to perfect the interface" and you waited so long for it, it should have been flawless.

Same, I don't think Samsung is worth the headache and the price anymore. They are coasting and that's when companies lose my business. Nothing, OnePlus, Google and the many Chinese phone companies that do more and take risks. Samsung is not it anymore.

S24 ultra has been one big problem it seems it comes factory with security being an after thought and phone not performing as advertised then being charged 200 fee to replace with insurance after 2 weeks of being used replacement having same issues w0 years of Samsung lost with one device says it all

So the fact the s24 was getting the ui7 beta before any other phone is so bad you're leaving
