Yes, both. In my opinion, the qualty of Samsung products across the board is unrivaled. Also in my experience with them.

Come from a budget Motorola phone with a poor update policy wanted to try Samsung and was going to get the A series because even that has twice the updates that Motorola gives. Went with a base flagship instead but should have settled, and would have been happy, with something like the A35.
