Unable to receive text or calls from 5 contacts

I'm not able to receive phone calls/text from 5 people in my contacts. I have a S 24 they have Android devices...any suggestions on how to fix

Please contact your carrier for assistance.

Go to your phone icon, click on the 3 dots in the top right corner, click "blocked numbers ", make sure they didn't somehow get there.
