Unable to connect my fit beats via Bluetooth to my S24 FE?

I can't seem to connect my fit beats via Bluetooth to my S24 fe phone.

Here are my solutions:
Make sure your phone has Bluetooth on.
For the Beats, check if it's in pairing mode.

Yes my phone Bluetooth is on and beats are in pairing mode but phone is still not connecting or detecting my fit buds...

Does the phone show other Bluetooth devices? If not, it could be a hardware fail on your phone.
Try these:
Make sure there is no interference.
If you have just updated, wipe the cache partition.
Have you had any other issues with Bluetooth on the phone?

Try this! I found that you may have to download the Beats app. It may work with that...

Yes it shows previous Bluetooth devices and no it has connected to 2 other devices without issues.
