Top of screen turns red when opening apps

Just as the title says the top of the screen turns red when opening apps for a brief second. Seems odd when I know I haven't damaged my phone

That is odd. And, it probably is over too quickly before you can take a screenshot, right?

I can get it if I start recording my screen before opening an app. This also happen on my s23 ultra that I sold for the same reason

I managed to get it while recording the screen. It happens to fast to screenshot but easily noticeable after seeing it so many times

What about getting a recording of it and then taking a screen capture from within the recording? I'm just curious to see it. I'm pretty sure I won't have any solutions for it, though.
