Theme Park 1.1.01.23 not on unlocked S24 Ultra

Has anyone else with an S24 Ultra run into this issue?

Could it be because it's only available for the s25 ultra?

It may be rolling out in stages. If you want it right away, you can get it from APKMirror and sideload it. It's listed as compatible with Android 14 and up:
