The Fold 4 not eligible for trade in for the S24 Ultra?

Totally agree. Samsung Fold products are junk and riddled with quality problems. I had a few of them and decided to give up on them for good, except Sammy figured it out and decided not to add fold 4 to the trade-in! What a joke. It feels like I am dealing with shady Chinese company ran from someone's garage.
