Perplexity pro access was revoked

My access for perplexity pro was revoked under 
I had a perplexity pro subscription under the Samsung Galaxy store offered. I have Samsung S24 ultra and under that subscription I have subscribed for perplexity pro. my subscription was revoked by perplexity though I met all the requirements of being in US and eligible for the offer. Perplexity support needed an additional confirmation from Samsung. Can I get some support on how to get the pro subscription back?

Sounds like you need to contact Perplexity about this. If you used a VPN to tunnel to another country, that may have flagged your account... but that's the only thing I can think of.

What kind of additional proof did they ask for?  You should contact Perplexity about this. You can also try contacting Samsung at www.apps-support-samsung.com

However, this little blurb is directly from the link you provided. It seems you have to contact Perplexity.

You need to speak with someone at perplexity. It seems like they asked for more than just a screen shot of the offer. You need to find out exactly what they want, although, IMO, the offer is self explanatory. If there was no code and no purchase involved, I don't know how there can be a receipt, unless there is some confirmation in your Samsung Store account that you downloaded the app from Samsung.

When you activate it, you are supposed to get a receipt in your e-mail from either Perplexity or the Galaxy Store that confirms this. That was at point of activation.

Same happened to me. I explained to them that there is no promo code or notification in Samsung Members. I sent them a link to their own website where it specifically says any galaxy owner and a screen shot of my order from google fi of my s25 order a month ago. they just blew me off and said I don't qualify.
