My access for perplexity pro was revoked under
I had a perplexity pro subscription under the Samsung Galaxy store offered. I have Samsung S24 ultra and under that subscription I have subscribed for perplexity pro. my subscription was revoked by perplexity though I met all the requirements of being in US and eligible for the offer. Perplexity support needed an additional confirmation from Samsung. Galaxy S24When you activate it, you are supposed to get a receipt in your e-mail from either Perplexity or the Galaxy Store that confirms this. That was at point of activation.
