They heard you, Samsung has brought back the ability to hide your Navigation Bar and Swipe Gestures.

You will have to download Goodlock and specially NavStar once installed toggled on NavStar, Enable extra gesture settings.

Go to settings. Display, navigation, show more, have fun again.

Ps. If you already have both apps and you are not seeing those options, Open Goodlick again scroll to NavStar, tap on the more, go to store, there will be an update waiting. For some reason it isn't showing up in updates

There's an update coming to NavStar that allows you to "Enable extra gesture settings" which completely wipes away the hint bar. Circle to search still works flawlessly as well.

The updated Navistar module brings back the ability to hide the bar. I don't have the the device but I've already read that it's rolling out and some people have it

The new swipe gestures on the Galaxy S24 Ultra is TERRIBLE!!!... I don't understand why they decided change a perfectly working feature.
The new swipe gestures makes scrolling left to right very frustrating!!!
For example, scrolling to look for a specific "Shorts" on YouTube requires you to scroll from left to right, and because of this new annoying gestures option, I kept swiping back.
There is a way to adjust the area of where you have to be in order to use the back feature, but it make little to no difference.
SAMSUNG.... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BRING THE OLD NAVIGATION GESTURES BACK... PLEASE!!!!
I'm sure I speak for most, if not all, that we would really appreciate it if you brought that feature back... PLEASE?

The old settings can be restored via the goodlock app, which is a first party samsung developed customization app. Download it in the galaxy store, the install the navstar module. You will see an option to "enable extra gesture settings", select this. Your old navigation options will now return under settings>display>navigation bar>more options.

Please note that the update rolled out today so it may not yet be available on your device, but it should be within a day or two.
