Can't upgrade software, all apps preloaded are systems apps all 456 of them , 80% of settings disabled, all apps have malicious permissions that can't be disabled, play store and play protect auto blocker, Knox security compromised, unauthorized mdm app installed, phone was a replacement for original s24 ultra, this is a replacement which came with 456 preloaded system apps, software scan shows it's running android 10 , chrome browser is 134 and Samsung browser outdated and can't be updated, all url searchs redirected. No website valid if used results of web searchs from 2023 or before,

I wouldbwalk into a Tmobile store, and ask them what in the world is this. Seem they have given you a refurbished phone that wasn't properly reset.

You will need to go into the store or contact tmobile on phone to get a phone that's not refurbished with the mdm which obviously was not what you should of recieved

You had the same problem with your original phone. T-mobile gave you a replacement phone and either restored your backup or did a Smart Switch data transfer, which replicated the original problem. You should have started from scratch, and requested a new SIM card for good measure. Before you get another replavement, go to an uncompromised device and chage your Google and Samsung account passwords. Ser up any new phone from scratch, copying only your peronally created data to a flash drive.
