Software Updates Unavailable

Hi, I recently got Samsung s24 ultra, but my phone is stuck on March update with oneui 6.1, Android version 14 and when I check, there is no updates. How can I get updates or force update. Resetting device also didn't work.

Even smartswitch app on windows didn't show updates. 

Model name is SM-S928U. Please help

And it was probably sold as unlocked, right? Maybe even "factory unlocked?"

It's probably too late to return it. If you want to continue using it on Boost, I advise you to get the unlocked firmware flashed.

Best advice is would take back and try to get unlocked or another real unlocked phone
