Software Updates Unavailable

Hi, I recently got Samsung s24 ultra, but my phone is stuck on March update with oneui 6.1, Android version 14 and when I check, there is no updates. How can I get updates or force update. Resetting device also didn't work.

Even smartswitch app on windows didn't show updates. 

Model name is SM-S928U. Please help

Why haven't I got updates on my s24 I still have one ui 6.1 , I thought I should've gotten one ui 7 by now?

Your phone appears to have Spectrum firmware. That's why you're not getting any updates. It's expecting to connect to Spectrum servers to download updates.

From where and when did you buy the phone? If you're able to return it, do so. If not, you have a couple of options:

1. If you know someone with a Spectrum SIM, you can potentially borrow it to download updates. This will take a while, since you're so far behind. You will have to do this for every future update, as well.

2. Take your phone to an authorized service center to have them flash unlocked firmware, effectively making your phone a factory unlocked (U1) model. There will be a fee for this service. See this link to find a location near you:

So I brought it from another seller it's called plug.tech they sell pre owned devices and that's were i brought my phone from, but I brought my phone about 6 months ago I'll say
