Hey, has anyone had this happened to you?Before if you disconnect your SIM card, all of your pictures are gone, they're not on the SIM card and they're not on your phone.If anyone knows how to fix this please tell me

Your pictures have nothing to do with your SIM card. It's not media storage. Your pictures reside on your phone. If they disappeared, it wasn't because you removed your SIM card. Did you do anything other than remove the SIM? You can check to see if they were backed up to Google photos, either by opening the Google photos app or going to photos.google.com in a web browser. By default, photos back up to Google unless you turned it off.
You can check to see if they are actually still on your phone by going to the DCIM folder in your file manager. If they are there but not showing in Gallery, Gallery may have gotten confused and you should try rebooting your phone.

Don't believe photos or files are saved to Sim card at all if I recall you can save contacts i.e phone numbers to a Sim card
