Odd because I installed it on my unlocked S24+ September 10th which reported success. I noticed a little while back that it was showing August security update.

This morning, September update popped up again (which also reported success and now shows same month security update level).

For the ultraline they hold back the update because there was some bugs so this is probably the re-release that has the bug fixes
